Requirements

• Your site must be up and running on the Internet.
• Customers should have easy access to the media links from the home page (i.e. the main navigation has a link to a links page where the media is published).
• Your site should be appropriate to our market targeting handcraft artists and / or consumers interested in acquire handcrafted products.

Terms

1. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate agreements at any time.
2. In the event that the affiliate agreement is terminated (by either party), any remaining amount due the affiliate will be paid at the next occurring monthly payment cycle.
3. When you complete the affiliate application, if we feel that your site's audience is directly in line with the audience we wish to attract, we will approve your application. However, if we do not feel that your site's audience is ideal, your application may be denied.  In either case, we will notify you via email.
4. Payment is always made in US dollars, and is made via Paypal or mailed to you. It is recommended that you create a Paypal account to receive payment faster.
5. Payments are calculated on the first day of each month, for the previous month, and payments are issued via Paypal (or postmarked by mail) by the 15th of the month (for the previous month).
6. In the event that the total owed is less than $25, it will be held until the total owed exceeds $25, at which point it will be issued on the next normal payment cycle.
7. Attempts to fraudulently increase affiliate compensation by spoofing newsletter enrollments will result in immediate termination of agreement and may result in prosecution and civil suit for compensation of damages.
8. Affiliates may include our media in email campaigns to OPT-IN subscribers only. Inclusion of our collateral, name, or link in SPAM (meaning email that you do not have specific permission to send to a recipient or group of recipients) will NOT be tolerated, under any circumstances. If you wish to include our name, branding, or marketing collateral in any emails, you must first gain approval from our staff! This is done by sending a copy of the email to dhs@artisansmarket.com
9. When a visitor clicks through to ArtisansMarket.com, all information shared by that customer with ArtisansMarket.com and the details of that customer's session is the sole property of ArtisansMarket.com .
10. Email subscribers - only one will be counted per session. When a single session subscribes multiple email addresses, it is considered to be fraudulent spoofing of subscribers.
11. Artisans Market, Inc. will make available online reports and logs such that any Affiliate may login and view the status of their account at any time.
