This original antique Victorian Valentine scrap is approximately 100 years old. It is featured at the center of this gorgeous handmade Valentine card. The White hand trimmed paper lace creates the perfect background for this antique lightly embossed basket of Blue Forget-me-Nots. This large imported German scrap Victorian Santa is delightfully reminiscent of Christmas of days gone by. He is in a unique Brown hooded robe carrying a sack of dolls and toys. It is lightly embossed and placed over a deep Red Damask patterned paper to accent the figures over the background of an old Victorian era newsprint that is aged at the edges. I accented it with a very fine glitter on the holly in his hood, cuffs and sash. I also added an ornate fold trim along the fold..Beautiful ! This adorable handmade Welcome Baby card features a hand stamped, painted & embellished little Bunny pull toy complete with a frosted little bead at the as the pull. He comes through the cut-out opening in the front of the card. I framed the opening in a shiny Gold cardstock and embellished the front using little baby safety pins to attach the round BABY letters.
