Dichroic dazzle bezel set cabochon with glowing Keshi stick Pearl Silver necklace
Picture the blaze of the setting sun, add shimmering pinks, reds, oranges, dichroic gold and you have the cabochon created in my studio for this spectacular necklace. An outgrowth of the aerospace industry Dichroic glass has minute deposits of metallic oxides which result in its ability to reflect and transmit 2 different colors of light. I have used this property of the glass to amplify the play of light within this artist made dichroic glass touchstone. A single organic freshwater Keshi stick Pearl, in glowing white, has been bezel set directly above the smooth rounded scintillating cabochon. The Sterling Silver base has been roller printed, texture shows through all the dazzle in the glass. An asymmetrical dangle charm, Garnet Carnelian and Pearl invites the eye to discover details. The back of the pendant is hallmarked with my maker's mark stamp on roller printed Silver. A botanical hook clasp and two round freshwater pearls complete the 18 inch necklace.Our price $98.00 |
