Freshwater cultured pearl & vermeil bracelet(vb003)
The bracelet is about 7 1/2" long. All metal parts are vermeil (24k gold plate over sterling silver) which meets FTC standard. The clasp is about 17mm x 2 mm.
These freshwater cultured pearls are about 8-8.5 mm, round, white, excellent luster, lightly blemished, acceptable nacre, good matching. (Approximately AA in the AAA-A grading system)
Note: I follow the GIA pearl grading system which has to specifically describe each of the 7 pearl value factors which are size, shape, color, luster, surface quality, nacre quality and matching. I also provide the AAA-A equivalent rating for those who are more comfortable with that system.
I bought these pearls directly from the pearl farmer while in Southern China.
