Within 24 - 48 hours of your Artisans Market purchase request, the artist will mail your package with their handmade crafts, using Artisans Market’s established UPS account and based on your instructions chosen during the purchase process.
Your total purchase amount includes the cost of your selected delivery
method, based on the product’s weight and size and predetermined by UPS
shipping
rates.

- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS 2nd Day Delivery
- UPS Ground Delivery
TRACKING
Within 24-48 hours of the time your purchase confirmation
via email was received you may track your package by logging into "My Account" link and
selecting the "Order Status" option.
