Please note that the majority of the items found in our stores are one of a kind handmade crafts and fine art gifts and may not be replaceable.

For all Artisans Market credits and returns please contact us at our customer service line at 1-877-254-4947 to make the necessary shipping or return arrangements. The artist will be notified of the return and your account will be properly credited for the full price of the item.

All credit card refunds will be applied to the card used for the original purchase. You should allow one to two billing cycles (about one month) for the credit to appear on your statement.

If you would like to return an item because you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us via our toll free number (877-254-4947).

Shipping charges will be refunded if we sent the wrong item or if the item we sent is defective or damaged.
