transaction fees, penalty fees or cancel any account at our discretion.

their own set of policies concerning privacy. ArtisansMarket.com will not

the customer requests that we do so in writing or law requires it.
Artists that purchase a membership or use a promotion
to set up an online store within the site are required to read all procedures
and policies. Artisans Market, Inc requires that your products be the highest
quality possible. You will be required to check your email for sales and
ship according to the terms set forth by Artisans Market, Inc. Continual
notice from customers of non-shipment or product disputes due to quality
will result in the cancellation of your account. Artisans Market, Inc reserves
the right to monitor your account, hold transaction fees and collect for
any valid returns or charge backs. Artisans Market Inc. will research all
customer complaints. Should we find any complaint or charge back to be
questionable or invalid Artisans Market Inc. will intervene and use our

In order to improve our services and maintain high customer

shopping experience positive and successful. If you are an artist the information
will help us optimize the site, increase traffic, implement additional
marketing techniques, and help to gain affiliations with outside sources.

We will not refund or prorate any membership fees or additional services
