This box is made of Maple and highlights a striking piece of figured Zircote for the lid panel. Zircote is from Mexico and the Yucatan Penninsula, and each piece has its own unique character. The box is 10" x 6" x 4" high and has a 3/4 width removable tray. There are dividers in the bottom that can be removed if not needed. The hinges are brass and a brass chain holds the lid when opened. The inside bottom and tray are lined with royal blue velvet. The box is finished with satin lacquer.
