This jewelry box is made of Maple, and has a lid and lid handle made of African Bloodwood. The bottom has dividers, and there are two removable, sliding trays, each half the box width. An inlaid banding surrounds the box, adding to its unique look. The box and tray bottoms are lined with wine-colored velvet. The hinges used are solid brass with built-in stops to hold the box open. Overall dimensions are approximately 13" x 8 3/4" x 5 1/4".
