This box is made of Peruvian Walnut, a deep, rich brown wood. The lid is made of Satinwood that in fact looks and shimmers like a piece of satin material. The lower compartment has removeable dividers. Above is a half-width sliding tray. The lining is fawn colored faux suede. Hardware is solid brass. Overall dimensions are approximately 12 1/2" wide, 8" deep and 4 1/2" high. The finish is lacquer.
