The primary wood for this box is Red Oak. The wood on the lid had some subtle curl to it, adding to the outstanding overall appearance. The accent wood is Peruvian Walnut. Inside the lower compartment has removeable dividers, above which is a single sliding tray. The lining is faux suede and the finish lacquer. All hardware is solid brass.
