Years ago I heard N. Scott Momaday, Native American Pulitzer Prize winner, speak in Santa Fe. He told a story of a medicine man who went out for a walk one morning and before him a swarm of butterflies emerged as sign of ultimate beauty. The medicine man felt that he had experienced that beauty and he would hold it in his heart forever. Butterflies are a wondrous symbol of transformation, beauty and faith. "Butterflies" is available as a 14" x 18" signed, limited edition on textured watercolor paper (edition of 100). I will include a mat that fits into a standard 16" x 20" frame found at your local art store or framer.
