Soocho jade is named for the province in which it is found, but it is scientifically categorized as nephrite jade. This particular jade has been heat treated to give it it's rainbow of spectacular coloration. The large 20x30mm ovals have a slight "wave" to them for a unique and interesting effect. Each one is embellished with sterling accents and then carefully hand wrapped with sturdy 24 gauge sterling silver wire. 6mm soocho jade beads provide size variation between each oval. Finished with a loop and toggle clasp, measures an extra long twenty three inches. This a beautiful necklace you won't find anywhere else!
