Whimsical Trinket Box
This free-form box started out as a single block of wood. The wood was sawn into many pieces and then re-assembled to created this piece. The single drawer is lined with flocking and the entire piece is finished in Danish Oil and wax.

Photo Keepsake Box
This Maple box is a great desktop or table top box. The lid photo of Mount Everest is printed on an inlaid ceramic tile. Walnut accents are used around the photo, the box corners and lid handle. The box is deep enough to hold 4" x 6" photos, or any number of other keepsake items. (I have one on the dresser that comes in handy when I empty my pockets at night).
The box measures 10" wide x 8" deep and 5 1/2' high outside. Inside dimensions are about 1 1/4" less. The finish is hand-rubbed lacquer. Both the box bottom and inside lid are lined with velvet.

Heart Ring Box
This small heart-shaped box is the perfect presentation box for that special ring or pair of earrings. The box is 3 1/4 " x 3 1/4" x 1 7/8" high. The inner storage compartment is 2 1/8" diameter and 7/8" deep. The swivel top is held closed by an inlaid rare earth magnet. The box is made of Bloodwood and finished with danish oil and carnuba wax.

This box duo is made of Purpleheart and figured Maple. These make fantasitic wedding or other special occasion gifts. Spalted Maple, large Jewelry Box
Spalting is a process which can occur as a tree dies. It can cause unique figuring, lines and coloration in the wood. Spalting is caused by a fungus, and if left along, would eventually destroy the wood. Caught before that, each piece becomes unique in its coloring and patterns. This box combines both Spalted Maple, (the sides) and Spalted Birch, (the lid). It also incorporates Walnut trim along the base.
